Yellowtail Blue Damselfish
Chrysiptera parasema
One of the most popular beginner fish, it has a deep blue body and a bright yellow tail. It is generally less aggressive than other damselfish but still territorial.
About the Damselfish Family
Damselfish are some of the hardiest fish available, making them a very common choice for new tanks. While small and colorful, they can become notoriously aggressive and territorial as they mature. They are closely related to Clownfish but are much more feisty, so care should be taken when choosing tank mates.
